E-invoicing and e-way bills

Buying OSuite
- Are prices with or without GST?
- Prices exclude 18% GST. You get a GST tax invoice for every payment, with your GSTIN on it, so you can claim the input credit.
- Monthly or yearly?
- Either. Yearly costs less than twelve months. You can move from monthly to yearly at renewal.
- How do I pay?
- Tell us the plan and we send a secure payment link for UPI, cards or net banking. Your licence key arrives by email as soon as the payment goes through.
- What does the trial include?
- Every feature for 14 days on one computer, with no card. Everything you enter in the trial stays when you buy.
- Can I change plans?
- Yes. Moving up takes effect at once; moving down applies from the next renewal.
- What is the cloud charge for?
- We host OSuite for you, with backups, so it opens in a browser from anywhere. Without it, OSuite runs on your own PC at no extra cost.
- What if I need more users?
- Move to the next plan, or ask us for a plan that fits. Each user has their own login.
- Can I get a refund?
- Yes, within 14 days of buying if OSuite is not for you. See the refund policy.
