The agreement
These terms are between you (the business using OSuite) and OfinIT. By installing OSuite, starting a trial or buying a plan you accept them, together with the licence agreement, the privacy policyand the refund policy.
Subscriptions
- A plan gives the number of users shown on the pricing page, for the period you pay for, monthly or yearly.
- Prices are in Indian rupees. Prices exclude 18% GST; we issue a GST tax invoice for every payment.
- Plans renew only when you pay for the next period. If a period ends unpaid, OSuite gives 7 days’ grace and then turns read-only.
- We may change prices for future periods; a change never applies to a period already paid for, and we tell you at least 30 days ahead.
Your data
Your business data belongs to you. On the desktop edition it stays on your computer, and you are responsible for keeping backups; OSuite helps with daily backups and copies to a second folder. With cloud hosting we keep your data and backups on your behalf and return them on request.
Tax and accounting
OSuite calculates GST and prepares returns from what you enter. You remain responsible for your tax filings and the accuracy of your entries; please have your accountant review your returns. E-invoicing through the government portal depends on the portal and on our GST Suvidha Provider being available.
Use
Use OSuite only for lawful business. Do not copy, resell, reverse engineer or try to bypass the licence, except where the law allows.
Support and changes
We provide support by email and phone during working hours. We improve OSuite over time; updates are included in your plan.
Liability
OSuite is provided with care but without a promise that it is free of every error. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before it, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or data you did not back up.
Ending
You can stop at any time; see the refund policy. We may suspend a licence that is used in breach of these terms, after telling you why.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of our registered city.
